Zaphnath-paaneah Leadership Solutions™ (ZLS™) is a nonprofit established with purpose of bible based organization development and education. ZLS™ seeks to educate Christians that they have been endowed with God given talents to be utilized by them to propagate the gospel of Jesus Christ. These talents are specific to each individual and the task that they are called to perform in order to bring Jesus glory. Most people believe that you have to be a minister, pastor, evangelist or a deacon to spread the gospel. The gospel refers to the good news concerning Jesus Christ and the way of salvation. It is the central message of Christianity, emphasizing the sacrifice of Jesus for humanity's sins and the promise of eternal life through faith in Him. The term "gospel" comes from the Greek word euangelion, meaning "good news" We get the word evangelize from this word. So, every Christian is called to be about Our Fathers Business™ (OFB™). So, whether you are a store owner, mailman, actor, car salesman, or musician we are all called to be about OFB™. There is no such thing as a secular jobs or spiritual jobs or tasks. Because, if you are a real Christian, you are a Christian 24-7-365. That means, whatever you are doing is a Jesus Ordained Business™ (JOB™). Our JOB™ in this life is to proclaim the gospel in whatever we are doing and ZLS™ teaches every aspect of business from a biblical perspective. Just as Joseph went through various trials in order to become second in command in Egypt. Those trials molded Zaphnath-paaneah into the savor of the world and Israel. We may not be come second in command in Egypt, but we are called to use our various gifts, talents and knowledge to let the entire world know what Jesus has done for all of us and that He has done it for them also. We don't just do it at church but, wherever we are while doing whatever we do, Even, if we are providing a living for ourselves or our families.
If you have not studied the bible, you have no idea what a Zaphnath-paaneah is. Well, Zaphnath-paaneah is not a thing, but a name given by Pharaoh to Joseph after he interpreted his dream. The name is interpreted as “a revealer of secrets” by the Hebrew rabbis. Joseph was given a dream as a young man. This was the God Given Dream™ (GGD™) Joseph was given as a young man, but God made that dream a reality for Joseph as an old man. The journey to that reality was filled with betrayals, trials, hardships, lies, disappointments and learning that God ordained all that Joseph went through to get him where he needed to be. The journey to the GGD™ was not just for his reality, but the entire known world at that time. All the events of his life were necessary for the development of Joseph. So that he would have the wisdom to become the second in command in Egypt, which was the most powerful nation in the world at that time. Joseph learned how to trust in the Lord and that working as unto the Lord is what we are all called to do in pursuit, of our GGD™, no matter the position or task. We are also told, “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” | 2 Timothy 2:3 KJV. As a soldier in the army of the Lord, must endure in order to see that GGD™ come to fruition.
